Mayu and Miyu Kimura

Funnily enough, there is not one, but two journals here that seem to be radically different. Where one is more gunge-like in appearance with a texture to the cover that tries to mimic pavement, the other is pink and pastel with polka dots scattered over the cover and some cute, personified doughnuts and ice cream cones on the bottom left corner of it.

Akin to the journals, the two pens that are supplied with them are also reflective of their respective owners. A black pen sits next to the grungy one, nothing really special about it. Meanwhile, the other pen is a pale blue, kitties and birds in a cute, bubbly art style circling the outside of it.

Opening the books shows another reflection of the owners. Where the grunge one has few signatures and notes from others, the pastel one has many signatures and even little drawings in it.

If you are seeing these, it seems these girls must trust you enough to let you write something in these journals of theirs.
